| Sephora Creamy Body Wash Caps |
Hopped on a Porter flight after work, landed on the island, went out for dinner, etc., and arrived at my aunt and uncle's place around 11pm, dreaming of a hot shower.
You are supposed to be able to break the little protruding bit so that the body wash comes out.
Well.
I tried to break the little protruding bit, but it would not be broken. Then I tried to puncture the bubble part, also unsuccessfully. I was standing in the shower for what felt like ten minutes trying to open the damn thing. I even dropped it on the floor and tried stamping on it (that didn't work either). I finally had to get out of the shower, dry off, go into my bag, get my Leatherman tool, and cut it open.

I am very unimpressed. I have three more but I'll need to remember to keep a sharp object on hand next time I want to use one.
Yikes!! That sounds like a bigtime fail, Sarah. Liz I bet would totally commiserate with you, she hates packaging flaws in a big way. I hate when I'm in the shower trying to tear some kind of sample or whatever open, and it's a no go, so I can kinda get the frustration. Especially since these are designed to be 'on the go'....not smart, Sephora.

DeleteHahahaha, I'm never picking up these suckers. I try to pre-cut things before getting into the shower because I just know that wet hands and slippery floors would result in something tragic. Sorry you had to go through all this but thanks for the heads up!
